1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days
For pre-order items, the estimated delivery timeline will be stated on the product page.

2. Delivery Time

Local delivery within Singapore usually takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays or courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders above $100.

4. Self Collection

Self collection is available by appointment only.
We will contact you to confirm the date and time once your item is ready for collection.
Our location is in Punggol, near Punggol Plaza.

5. Pre-order Items

If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
If you would like in-stock items to be shipped first, please place separate orders.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is accurate.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, redelivery charges will apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delays are outside our control.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, we will assist you in contacting the courier, but we are not responsible for courier errors unless insured shipping was selected.

8. Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos, and we will assist accordingly.
