1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pet mats that have been unrolled or used

  • Bean bags, pet beds or fabric items that show fur, stains or odour

  • Any item damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance, sale or promotional items

3. Wrong, Defective or Damaged Item

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will review and arrange a replacement or solution.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item is out of stock

  • The issue cannot be resolved with a replacement
    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may take 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
