Dfang Product

1. Is there a warranty to cover for manufacturing defects?

Yes, all Dfang products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or improper cleaning and handling.

2. When will I receive my order?

All listed items are ready stock and will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days after your order is confirmed. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on courier schedules and peak periods.

Dfang Mats

1. Which mat should I choose for my pet?

Each Dfang mat is designed to suit different pets and lifestyles:

  • Comfort Mat 7mm– Designed with the strongest surface strength among all Dfang mats. Ideal for cats, medium to large dogs, or households with multiple or active pets.
  • Jump Mat 14mm – Recommended for areas where your pet often jumps on or off furniture. The extra thickness helps cushion impact and protect your pet’s joints. It has the same surface strength as the Everyday Mat 5mm.

3. Is the mat puncture proof?

The mats are designed to be scratch-resistant. However, they are not puncture proof and can be damaged by consistent biting or scratching at the same spot. We recommend choosing the Comfort Mat 7mm for the strongest surface strength if you have a cat or larger dog to reduce the likelihood of puncturing the mat.

4.  Do I need to clean the mat before first use?

Yes, we recommend giving your mat a quick clean before your pet uses it for the first time, just like any new pet accessory or product.

5. Will the white mats turn yellow over time?

Our white-based mats are designed in a warm white tone. Like most light-coloured materials, they may change slightly in shade over time depending on factors such as the surrounding environment, type of cleaning soap used, and cleaning frequency. This is normal and does not affect the mat’s quality or performance. Pick a darker colour mat if this is a concern for you.

6. Are crease line considered a defect? Can I return or refund my mats if there’s crease line?

Our mats are usually packed folded or rolled inside the box, so light crease lines are expected. They do not affect the mat’s function or durability and are not considered defects, so returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for this reason. You can lay the mat flat on the ground under gentle sunlight or in a warm area for about 10 to 15 minutes to help reduce the creases. Crease line would generally reduce after laying flat for several days.

7. Are the mats stain proof?

Dfang mats are made with a waterproof and stain-resistant surface that makes everyday cleaning easy. Most spills or light stains can be wiped off quickly with a soft cloth or mild detergent.

However, the mats are not completely stain proof. Strong pigmented liquids such as coffee, curry, coloured drinks, or pet waste left uncleaned for long periods may leave marks. To maintain the mat’s appearance, always clean up spills promptly and avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach. If there’s a stain, use a mild detergent and soft brush to try clean it off.

8. Can I use both side of the mats?

Yes, all Dfang mats feature a grey underside surface that provides the same anti-slip and waterproof properties. Both sides of the mat can be used interchangeably. However, do note that the Comfort Mat 7mm has a thicker protective d-film on the patterned side, making it more puncture-resistant than the Everyday/ Luxe 5mm mats or the 14 mm Jump mat. Therefore we suggest that the patterned/ top side to be used for bigger dogs or cats.

Dfang Bean Bag

1. Is the beanbag cover waterproof?

The Bean Bag cover is water-resistant for everyday use. If a dog urinates or spills something on it, wiped off quickly, to prevent the liquid from seeping inside.
However, it is not completely waterproof, so prolonged exposure may allow absorption.

2. Can I wash my beanbag cover in the washing machine?

The bean bag cover can be washed after removing the inner filling. Please place the cover in a laundry net before washing and set wash mode to delicate.

Beberoad R8 Pro Stroller

1. Do you allow self-collection?

Yes, we do as long as we have stock available! Reach out to us directly to place your order separately and arrange for self-collection. We are based in Punggol, near Punggol Plaza.

2. Do you offer warranty for manufacturing defects?

All Beberoad strollers come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

3. Can the stroller fit in a car boot?

Yes, the R8 Pro is designed for convenient folding and compact storage. The length across the stroller is approximately 93cm and 58cm wide after collapsing and removing the wheels. It can fit easily into standard sedan or SUV boots when folded.

4. Is the stroller waterproof?

The stroller canopy and fabric are water-resistant and can withstand light rain orb splashes. For heavy rain, we recommend using the complimentary rain cover to keep your pet completely dry.

5. How do I clean the stroller?

The entire cover can be removed and hand wash for a thorough cleaning. For normal maintenance, wipe down with wet wipes after use.

6. Does the bike trailer attachment rod work for all bicycle models?

The attachment rod may not fit some bicycles. Please reach out to us and share a photo of your bicycle’s rear wheel area. We will check and advise if it’s compatible before you purchase.

Shipping, Delivery and Exchange Policy

1. How much do I have to spend to be eligible for free shipping?

Enjoy free shipping with a minimum spend of $80. Orders below $80 will incur a standard delivery fee of $5, which will be shown at checkout.

2. Can I do self-collection?

Yes, we allow self-collection as long as we have ready stock available. Please contact us to confirm stock and arrange your preferred collection time. We are based in Punggol, near Punggol Plaza.

3. Do you allow exchanges for unused items?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and not damaged. Please contact us before returning the item so we can assist with the exchange process.

4. Do you offer rush or expedited orders?

Yes, rush delivery may be available upon request. If you need your order urgently, please contact us via WhatsApp at 8693 1472 before placing your order so we can check delivery availability and timelines.

Additional charges may apply for rush orders, and fulfilment is subject to courier capacity and stock availability.
